I grew up with toaster pastries , packed in my lunch bag for breakfast every morning. Throughout life we couldn’t figure out why I was always so sick and tired … then diagnosed with Celiac disease. So it is one of those pleasures that I miss. We try to keep our daughter as gluten free as possible too. She hasn’t been diagnosed yet… but better to be cautious. She hasn’t had pop tarts or toaster pastries, so I’d love to share some with?her!
